Milwaukee Bucks

The Milwaukee Bucks are currently sitting second in the Central Division in the Eastern Conference, right behind the Cleveland Cavaliers. With 5 weeks left in the regular season they are sitting at 34 wins and 29 losses.  They currently hold the fifth spot in the the Eastern Conference and look to secure a playoff berth.  The Raptors are only about two games behind them though, so if they are not careful they could still drop out of the playoff race.

The Bucks have had a great stretch these past couple weeks, beating some of the great teams in the league.  They beat Cleveland (without Lebron James) as well as a couple of others and are currently on a four game win streak.  With the rookie guard sensation, Brandon Jennings, they have had some breakout games and show that they can beat the elite teams as well.

Jennings has been incredible, and shown a lot of poise for a rookie.  With Michael Redd off and on with knee injuries, the Milwaukee Bucks have found comfort in turning the ball over to Jennings and letting him perform.  He is looking to be one of the premier guards in the league as he continues in his career.

Aside from Jennings, Andrew Bogut, Jerry Stackhouse, and John Salmons (who they just acquired in a trade) have all been able to step up at times and carry the team.  They are one of the hotter teams right now, so we will have to see if their win streak continues or if they fall back into the middle of the Eastern Conference pack.
