The Chicago Bulls will take on the New Orleans Hornets this weekend. These two teams are both coming off of losses and they could use a kick start to get going again. While they will have a couple of more games before they square off, this game will be a good opportunity for each team to get back on track this weekend.

The Hornets are falling further in the standings in the Western Conference and they really need a few wins to get back into good position for the playoffs. At this instant they are in the 5th spot in the conference, but the Nuggets and Jazz are barely behind them and they could easily fall to the 7th spot if they don’t pick things up.
Fortunately for the Hornets they will be at home in this game. They are 20-6 while playing at home on the season and they are just 12-14 on the road.
The Bulls have likewise struggled on the road and will need to get used to winning games on the road if they hope to make a run in the playoffs.
The key matchup in this game will be between the two best point guards in the game right now: Derrick Rose and Chris Paul. Paul is the facilitator of everything that happens for the Hornets. While Rose has assumed more of a scoring role, he still averages over 8 assists per game and has had more than 10 assists several times in recent games.
