Los Angeles Lakers visit Sacramento Kings in Pacific division clash

The defending NBA champion Los Angeles Lakers and the Sacramento Kings clash in a Pacific division battle Wednesday at Arco Arena (10:30 pm ET, ESPN).

Los Angeles has the upper hand in the head-to-head series, going 9-1 SU in the past 10, although they have had trouble covering the spread at 5-5 ATS. The Lakers swept the season series outright last season, and went 2-2 against the spread.

Los Angeles won 106-100 the last time the teams met on April 13. The Lakers failed to cash as an 8-point home favorite and the score went over the total of 196.

In their last game, the Lakers blew out division rival Golden State Warriors 107-83 on Sunday, cashing as a 9.5-point home favorite. The score stayed well below the total of 217.5.

The Kings last game was against the Toronto Raptors on Monday, when they picked up a 111-108 victory but failed to cash as a 5.5-point home favorite. The score went over the total of 208.

Los Angeles is unbeaten after three games at 3-0 SU and 2-1 ATS and the Kings are also off to a good start at 3-1 SU and 2-2 ATS.
