Oklahoma City Thunders vs. Los Angeles Lakers (10:30 pm ET, TNT)

On Tuesday, Oklahoma City Thunders duel it out with the Los Angeles Lakers (10:30 pm ET, TNT) in the fifth game, at STAPLES Center, Los Angeles, CA. Thunders have a 50-32 home, 23-18 away record whereas Lakers have a record of 57-25 away and 34-7 at home.

Western conference’s No. 1 seed Los Angeles Lakers are here, ready to defend their NBA championship with the series tied at 2-2.

Ailing Kobe Bryant is their major concern after team’s dismal show in the games in Oklahoma City, although he seemed very relaxed in the practice session on Monday. In Game 4, the Lakers were thoroughly trounced 110-89.

Oklahoma City consists of very young players. This young team is growing in confidence. With two back to back wins in game 3 and game 4, it won’t be surprising to see if they win Game 5 as well.

“We’re just trying to make Bryant make some tough shots, and he’s able to make those tough shots from time to time, but it’s hard every game, every possession if you have to make the tough shots. We’ve done a good job on him. That doesn’t mean anything in Game 5. He’s one of the best players,” Oklahoma City coach Scott Brooks said.

Oddsmakers from various online sportsbooks have made the Lakers -6 point spread favorites for Tuesday’s game against the Thunder. Current NBA Public Betting Information shows that 66% of more the NA bets for this game have been placed on the Lakers -6.
