2010 NBA All-Star Game Preview
The 2010 NBA All-Star game takes place Sunday February 14, 2010 in Dallas.
The East team’s roster will include such stars as LeBron James, Kevin Garnett, Dwayne Wade, Allen Iverson, Dwight Howard, Al Horford, Chris Bosh, Paul Pierce, Gerald Wallace, Joe Johnson, Rajon Rando, and Derrick Rose.
The driving force behind the Eastern conference is LeBron James. James is averaging 29.8 points per game this season. James brings leadership and explosive moves and will be making his 6th appearance in the All-Star game.
The Western conference will include Carmelo Anthony, Tim Duncan, Kobe Bryant, Steve Nash, Amare Stoudemire, Pau Gasol, Kevin Durant, Dirk Nowitzki, Zach Randolph, Chris Paul, Chauncey Billups, Brandon Roy, Chris Kaman, and Deron Williams.
A major force behind the Western team will be Kobe Bryant. Bryant has averaged 28 points per game and will be making his 12th All-Star game experience. Bryant is a tremendous player with clutch capabilities along with experience.
Carmelo Anthony is averaging 29.7 points per game and will be making his 3rd apperance in the All-Star game.
Coaching the Eastern team will be Stan Van Gundy and coaching the Western team will be George Karl. Both teams are filled with top athletes and should make for an interesting night in Dallas.
